I'm trying to get rid of my tendency to always make more realistic scenes.
At the beginning, when I started to think about this one, I was imagining a hyper realistic pine tree, with a fabulous snow shader over the leaves. I'm glad I've changed my mind. It was challenging and funny at the same time.
Inside the globe, except for the snowman and the pinecones, everything was made with procedural modeling, using geometry nodes. And in the process, I came up with a gift box generator (now available at my store).
Most of the shaders (around 90% of them) are procedural. My intention was to create a clay-like appearance. I guess I was successful.
I was out of my comfort zone and I've enjoyed it... a lot.
